  • Now add the boiled eggs and coriander leaves
  • Garnish with kasuri methi and serve with phulka or chapati

    Total time spent: 30 mins

The recipe is mild spicy and you can increase the spicyness by adding more chilli powder. You can serve the boiled eggs separately with gravy or make two slits on the eggs and add it to gravy just  before switching off the flame and then garnish it with coriander and kasuri methi.

For this recipe I used the homemade chilli powder i.e Kanda lasun chutney Mirchi powder. If you don’t have it then use the regular chilli powder along with cumin-coriander powder and garam masala
